How long do I have to cancel or amend my order?
You have up to 48 hours before collection or delivery to cancel or amend your order. However for cancellations, we charge a £5 cancellation fee.
Do you require a deposit?
On any orders over £30, we require a £10 non-refundable deposit
When I've ordered, when is the earliest time I can receive my order?
We accept orders up to 48 hours before the required date for collections and doorstep delivery. We accept orders up to 72 hours before the required date on postal items, as we have to get them made and allow for delivery times. Orders 24 hours before required are not accepted
Do you do weekend deliveries?
We can offer Saturday doorstep delivery and collections, however we do not do any deliveries or collections on Sundays.
Do you have a minimum spend for delivery?
Minimum spend for doorstep delivery is £8.
Do you offer lactose or dairy free options?
We offer an entirely vegan menu, and we can make most other items lactose or dairy free. Upon ordering, fill in the dietary and requirements section and a member of the team will get back to you with more information.
Are all your main menu items vegetarian?
We use vegetarian ingredients in every recipe aside from recipes including M&Ms; M&Ms are not vegetarian friendly.
Can you make gluten free items?
We can offer gluten free options, dependent on the item. For example, Nutella is gluten free and therefore Nutella treats can be made gluten free.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept Paypal and bank transfer
How soon after I have ordered do I have to pay?
We require customers to pay within 24 hours of placing an order, otherwise the order will not be acknowledged
Do you charge for delivery?
We have a delivery fee starting from £3, dependent on location, however, collection is completely free
How far do you deliver?
We personally deliver items across London, however the price of delivery varies based on the distance we have to travel
Do you do contact free delivery for COVID?
We do offer contact free delivery and collections if required.
Do you deliver your larger boxes?
We can deliver larger boxes but prefer that they are collected
Do you do postage?
We do postage upon request but prefer items are collected or delivered. Customers must pay a postage fee. We recommend not requesting postage on large orders as this will drastically increase the cost of postage as postage is calculated by weight. On standard orders, First Class Postage is £4, Next day delivery is £7, Next day delivery for receipt of your order on a Saturday is £10.
Can I have a Smashbox posted to me?
Unfortunately we do not post smashboxes as they can become damaged or broken in the post and there is no way to guarantee a presentable delivery for you. Smashboxes are available for doorstep delivery and collection only.
Can I have Chocolate Covered Strawberries posted to me?
Due to the excess water of the fruit, postage is not possible as after a day or two out of the fridge, the fruit is likely weep, which will ruin the chocolate and presentation of your order.
Do you use eco-friendly boxes?
We only use biodegradable boxes or boxes made from recycled materials. We also use cake boards made from 100% recycled material which are 100% biodegradable for our smashbox hearts too!
